Leading up to the launch of their SIP app, SipScience needed whitepapers that spoke to bar and restaurant owners as potential partners and blogs that spoke to their target end-user audience. Their membership reward business model is brand new to the hospitality industry, so I had to make it simple to understand while amping up the excitement in their fun and laid-back tone. Working on this blog also gave me the opportunity to follow trends in the world of wine, beer and spirits, which was super interesting!
