Ethos is a diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) consulting agency that helps organizations fuse these principles into the way they approach their work and their everyday interactions. They help leaders not just hear the voices of underrepresented people on their teams, but work alongside them and include them in the decisions that impact them.
I helped Ethos evolve their brand voice from their founder’s thought leadership to represent their collective expertise. I interviewed different consultants to create blog content and the other supporting pieces of their marketing strategy. I also wrote case studies to help demonstrate the value of their work and tell the stories of how they’ve helped their clients.
