I’ve been serving on the board of directors at &Rise since 2023. We provide free therapy, support groups, virtual workshops and more for women trauma survivors. A trauma survivor myself, I found this organization when I didn’t have any other way to access mental health care. Their support groups helped me through a very hard time, and I’m grateful that I can use my skills to give back. I’ve helped support various types of communications and fundraising efforts. I also created our SEO strategy and coordinated a team of volunteers to boost our search traffic for relevant keywords.
